Marnie is a very active participant of the Live 2 B Healthy program that comes to WestRidge three times a week. Actually, over 20 residents participate in the program that is designed to inspire older generations to live longer, healthier lives.
Marnie participates in all three exercises classes every week, takes daily walks and still gets on her hands & knees to scrub her floors. Staying active has played a major role in Marnie achieving her youthful spirit and overall well-being. Here are some comments Marnie has about the exercise program:
