"This is a note to let you know how much we appreciate the staff at Golden Oaks of Proctor. Patsy, our mom, was a resident, having passed away last month. The care she received was absolutely wonderful. All of the staff showed so much compassion for the residents in their care. They truly are wonderful at their jobs. The staff kept Patsy clean and comfortable during the dying process and always made sure we were taken care of as well. Our hearts are forever grateful to each and every staff member; they truly are angels on earth."
